Why
Ski in the Pyrenees?
With increasing numbers of budget airlines serving the south
of France and northern Spain, the Pyrenees are now more accessible. Until
recently they have been the domain of the French and Spanish who appreciate
how different they are to the Alps.
Once you are on the slopes you will notice the difference. Outside of French
holidays the pistes are not crowded and you will meet mostly local French and Spanish skiers. Most
pistes cut through pine forests giving great skiing in fantastic surroundings.
So ........if you like crowd-free pistes, queue-free lifts and restaurants,
skiing on sunny pine-fringed pistes and being treated as a special guest ….
Then the Pyrenees are for you!
